Meet The Founder!
Jeron Bailey
Jeron is on a mission to increase the quality of childcare through transformational insights and training solutions. She has spent the last 10+ years developing and strengthening Early Child Care Training Programs in the US and Abroad through the Military’s Child and Youth Services. She created Bailey Insights LLC to share her expertise to ECE leaders through collaborative systems. One her top priorities is to increase recruitment and retention of quality educators to create a more competent, confident and, equitable workforce.
